HybriDo Series Combined laser and mechanical machining
The HybriDo is equipped with high performance German spindle. All axis servo motor and full automatic 12 tool changer guaranteed very fast drilling and routing speed. System build-in vision system can share the very exact position for laser system. Because the drilling and structuring process are shared with the same vision and positioning system, the best accuracy can be guaranteed.
Thanks to DCT′s patented chemical-free S&S process, PCB can be produced in just a few minutes without burning the substrate material. Especially RF and microwave circuits benefit from exact feature dimensions and straight edges, providing a perfect fit of the circuit to the simulation results. With help of vacuum table, the flexible materials can be freely positioned and held. The HybriDo is also suitable for FPC or multilayer PCBs.
