On July 30,2024, Tianjin, DCT Technology (stock code: 839939) officially released CircuitCAM8.
CircuitCAM is a data processing software used for computer-aided manufacturing, which originated from the electronic CAD software ColorCAM listed in 1983. Both software were developed by Mr. Lothar Klein and belong to LKSoftWare GmbH. In 2007, CircuitCAM6 was released and sold by LPKF Laser&Electronics AG; In 2012, CircuitCAM7 was released, and since 2014, through cooperation with LKSoft, DCT Technology has acquired all rights to CircuitCAM. Since then, DCT Technology has developed and sold CircuitCAM based on CircuitCAM7.
Since its launch, CircuitCAM has demonstrated outstanding professionalism in the direct manufacturing of circuit boards using mechanical, laser, and other tools, as well as in the design of solder paste leak printing templates used in the SMT industry. CircuitCAM8 has optimized the script engine, added new script commands to meet some common needs, and improved the efficiency of script execution, making convenient development based on script systems faster and more efficient. Stencil variant

When importing steel mesh opening design schemes, the matching degree is higher and the automation level is higher. In the new module, the process of establishing a new component opening library and upgrading the existing component opening library has been significantly streamlined and improved, enhancing the level of automation. Even non professional data processors only need to import the original file and then click the steel mesh opening library to complete the data modification and update work. CircuitCAM8 software is not only suitable for traditional stencil suppliers, but also supports SMT process personnel to design steel mesh themselves, thereby improving the steel mesh production process.
LaserSolar variant
To address the graphics processing needs of the photovoltaic industry, CircuitCAM8 has launched the LaserSolar module. In this module, according to the requirements of fast filling and calculation of specific graphics, fast automatic drawing, we introduced the Solar_Fill function of quickly completing the filling calculation of photovoltaic graphics, and introduced the Solar_AutoDraw function of automatically drawing photovoltaic graphics.
