HTCC/LTCC laser precise drilling equipment

Components using the HTCC / LTCC process can meet the needs of increasingly light, thin, short and small electronic products, but also adapt to the requirements of large bandwidth, high capacity, low latency and security under the future 5G communication standard. As a result, HTCC / LTCC is becoming more and more widely used in the electronics field. However, the key process of HTCC / LTCC - micro-hole processing has long been monopolized by foreign mechanical punching machines due to the accuracy of hole position and punching speed. Since 2013, DCT has been breaking through the accuracy and speed bottleneck, and the DirectLaser D series laser precision drilling equipment has formed a greater advantage in the HTCC / LTCC laser punching field, and is increasingly replacing the mechanical punching process.

LCP laser cutting equipment

 

In the 5G field, LCP is the most suitable material for antennas from a technical point of view due to its good transmission loss, bendability, dimensional stability and low water absorption. With the demand of 5G high frequency and high-speed transmission, LCP antenna has become the mainstream process of 5G mobile phone antenna in recent years, but LCP material has heat shrinkage, the conventional processing means can not complete its precision cutting. There is an urgent need for a solution for processing LCP materials.

Since 2013, DCT has been laying out in the direction of LCP material equipment, and in 2013 and 2014, DCT successively launched high-temperature multi-layer press suitable for LCP prototyping and ultra-short pulse laser cutting equipment to meet multi-layer LCP cutting. 2016, DCT took the lead in proposing the concept of UV picosecond precision cutting equipment for LCP and other advanced electronic materials processing. The UV picosecond precision cutting platform was assembled for relevant validation work in September 2016, and the development of mass-production equipment DirectLaser S series followed immediately. The DirectLaser S equipment has been highly recognized by the majority of customers in the industry, and has also received mass production orders from several head customers, breaking through the technical barriers to LCP antenna processing by foreign manufacturers.
